What is a fantasy baseball draft strategy?

I know some stuff about baseball, but nothing about players, stats, and especially fantasy baseball. Im a league, and I have 5th pick out of 12th.

Basically, in our league, we can pick 1 of each position, 2 utilities, 2 bench, 4 SP’s, 4 RP’s.

Could someone tell me what order of these positions I should pick?

Don’t worry about positions as much as PRODUCTIVITY.
To me it’s a simple process of elimination.My first seven rounds of drafts I’m looking for the best players at these positions(in no particular order) 3b,ss,2b,of,1b,of,util…(These guys will make or break your team.)
Once you get these key positions filled the rest is easy.
You can go SP,RP,SP,RP,SP(There’s really good SPs+RPs after the 7th round)..Plus there’s good young catcers,util.,and
outfielders available beyond round 12.Such as J.Ellsburry, Chris Duncan,Michael Bourn,J.R.Towles,Billy Buttler,Joey Votto,Saltalamacchia,etc.(guys that have high upside,but you don’t want to build your offence around.)
